At ISMÊ SWIM, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
